Who is responsible

Johnny Dahlin and Andreas Lundberg are jointly responsible for the personal data processed in Sweeper Frontiers. Contact: support@sweeperfrontiers.com.

Playing without an account

The game stores what it needs to work in your browser, including a random code that links you to your player. With it we store your player and what it does in the game.

With an account

We store your email address or your Google or Apple sign-in, your display name, your settings and your results. They are needed to create the account. Other players see your display name and results.

Name checks

Names are checked automatically, partly with AI, before they are shown. The check is made by a provider of AI services and may take place in the United States, under the EU's standard contractual clauses.

Statistics

We count anonymously which settings players choose, to decide what to develop. Legal basis: legitimate interest. You can object by writing to us.

Logs

The web server logs a shortened IP address and the browser, for security. Kept for 14 days. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

Ads

Ads are provided by Google AdSense and are not personalised. Google and its partners may place and read cookies, or use similar technology, to serve ads, limit repetition and prevent fraud. Google is responsible for that processing: see how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. Records of subscriptions and payments are kept for 7 years after the year of payment, as accounting and tax rules require. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation.

Providers

The game and the account site run with hosting providers. The account site's database is in the United Kingdom, which the EU recognises as providing adequate protection.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete and restrict your data, to get a copy of it in a machine-readable format, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to support@sweeperfrontiers.com. You can complain to IMY (imy.se).
